13/10/2020 - Fasted Cardio & Back Workout

Today I was going to switch things around and do back workout fasted then cardio workout later on in the day but I’m having a late morning so sticking to cardio this morning. Again, 600-1000 calories on a bike, rowing machine or treadmill. Any cardio machine of your choice or if you don’t have a cardio machine, feel free to do some Bodyweight exercises.
