Here is my full biceps and triceps workout routine at a conventional gym. Not everyone trains at a Disney land body building gym and so it's perfect that i train at a normal gym. Here are my favourite exercises that makes this routine amazing. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.
- Cable tricep pull down X alternate bicep curl (Superset)
- Barbell curl
- Overhead tricep press
- Hammer curl
