Try this easy shoulder workout at the gym. This would work well if you are a beginner as you will be targeting your shoulders from different angles. For some reason, i wasn’t too keen on this workout but maybe it's just me. I've learnt to not change a routine that works for me.
- Lateral Raise
- Shoulder Press
- Cable Front Raise
