Full Leg Workout Routine | Quad focused

Here is my quad focused leg workout routine without back squat. As you all already know, i am not a fan of back squat and so i will keep finding alternatives until i can perform back squat properly without hurting my lower back. If you are like me, try this routine and let me know how you get on. This quad focused workout will have your legs screaming. Also, if you are a beginner, please do not lift as heavy as i am.


- Abductor and adductor machine

- Leg extension

- Lying leg curl

- Hack squat

- Leg press

- Calf raise
