TIPS FOR 12th April when the gym opens.
It’s as simple as this ... Be safe!
You know your strength and yourself but take it easy when you go back.
Don’t go straight into heavy lifting.
Work your way up.
If you don’t know what weights to lift, I suggest starting from the smallest and working your way up.
But also, make sure your training is progressive. So progress weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly.
