Need Guidance? Need a Mentor / Coach? Do you want expert advice and direction on how you can achieve your fitness goals? This coaching package is geared towards people who have experience both in the weights room (Gym/home) and have experience performing the basic exercises using dumbbells and barbells. This allows clients the safest environment for coaching and also allows us to make the most of our time together. My fitness plans will also have video demonstrations to follow just incase you are not very experienced at the gym but don't worry, I will not give you any complex exercises. I believe in the basics and fundamentals. Non of the complex exercises you see on social media so you are safe with me. If you are someone that 100% want to work with me but not competent at the gym, I would suggest going to your gym for an induction to better understand your gym surrounding. Who is my coaching for? - People aged 18+ years and experience at the gym - People looking to get into the best shape of their life using evidence based methods and the basics / fundamental moves. - People who prefer accountability and guidiance with regular feedback - People struggling with mindset and behaviour change - People who have specific strength and physique goals What you get from me as your coach. - Unlimited email access to your coach to ask questions and gain support - Private weekly comprehensive check ins - Training plan (Home or gym depending on what is available to you) - 100% tailored calories targets - If you don't know how to use Myfitness Pal, I will teach you how to track your calories with or without Myfitness Pal. - Teach you habits that align with your goal (Mindset and behaviour change) What to expect - Once you've submitted your analysis form and submitted your payment, I will reach out to you in one business day of submitting all your sign up materials at which time the coaching relationship begins - You will work closely with me as your coach to reach your fitness goal together removing any obstacles as well as mindset traps you may or might face. My goal is to help you make fitness fit your life rather than the other way around.
